Mr. Lovekirat Singh Chahal, Advocate for the complainant. *** Accused Dinesh Kumar, Naveen Kumar and Darshna Devi faced trial by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, who vide judgment dated 17.3.2011 acquitted all the three accused of the charge framed against them. The said judgment of acquittal was challenged in appeal by State of Haryana but appeal was dismissed by Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal and judgment of acquittal was affirmed. Now State of Haryana has filed the instant criminal revision petition.

CRR No. 3538 of 2014 and correct interpretation of law. I do not see any reason to interfere with such judgments while exercising the revisional jurisdiction. Therefore, the criminal revision petition stands dismissed.
