The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the Trial Court dismissing the application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC and the order dated 06.04.2023 whereby the appeal was also dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that during the pendency of the suit, status quo qua the property, as it exists today, be directed to be maintained.
