(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a appropriate direction or order for quashing of the letter/order dated 04.12.2019, Anenxure P-9, passed by respondent No.2 vide which the representation dated 28.03.2018, Annexure P-8, regarding grant of post facto approval regarding the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Peon-cumChowkidar has been declined. It is one of the grounds raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that the approval regarding appointment of the petitioner on the post of Peon-cum-Chowkidar has been declined and, therefore, his services are likely to be terminated without hearing him. Admittedly, the petitioner has received a show cause notice.If it is so, the present petition is pre-mature.
