FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents for providing benefits of stepping up of the basic pay scale of the petitioner with pending arrears of stepping up and also to provide the benefit related to L.T. C to the petitioner, for which, legal dated 16.03.2021 (Annexure P-6) has also been served upon the respondent authorities.
