Mr. KP Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Baljinder Virk, DAG, Haryana for the State Mr. BS Tewatia, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Mr. BS Tewatia, Advocate appears and files power of attorney on behalf of the complainant to assist the learned State counsel. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahesh Kumar, PS Sadar Palwal, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 6.12.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
