Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Convict-petitioner is in revision aggrieved against the concurrent judgments passed by the Courts below whereby he has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act vide order dated 28.4.2014 passed by JMIC Dera Bassi and sentenced to SI for one year and his appeal dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Mohali vide order dated 29.7.2015. At the time of hearing, neither anyone has put in appearance nor any request for a passover has been made. Similar was the position on the last two dates of hearing. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing present revision petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
