Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 127 dated 06.11.2018, registered under Section(s) 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Rahon, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail.
