(ORAL) Mr. Mutneja, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the last order of this Court, the report of the Indian Oil Corporation has been received, stating that the shortage in the petroleum products is within the norms fixed by the Corporation for similar products. In the opinion of this Court, the same norms would apply even to the petitioner-Cooperative Sugar Mill, in view of the fact that evaporation or expansion/contraction of petroleum products would be a universal phenomenon, not limited to products of the Indian Oil Corporation alone. Consequently, in view of the report, which is being submitted in Court today by learned counsel for the petitioner, which Mr. Mutneja, does not on facts of course deny and has very fairly stated that is against the stand SUNIL DEVI 2017.08.17 12:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
