*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh submits that on conclusion of trial vide judgment dated 17.11.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala accused Baljeet Kaur, Daljinder Singh and Ravinder Singh have been convicted whereas the remaining accused have been acquitted, therefore this petition has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly. This fact is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
