(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to issue 'No Due Certificate' as regards the clearance of all the previous dues in respect of the previous years. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the petitioner had submitted application dated 21.7.2020 (Annexure P-3) but the same, till date, has not been processed and the petitioner has not received any response in respect of the same. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit the amount in question in respect of award dated 17.1.

2005 (Annexure P-4) pertaining to crop year 1994-95 and award dated 12.12.2002 (Annexure P-5) pertaining to crop year 1995-96. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.09.

( 2 ) CWP-13568-2020 (O&M) petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-The Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (PUNSUP) and respondent No.4-District Manager, The Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (PUNSUP) to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 21.7.2020 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one week from receipt of copy of this order while also looking into the offer as has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner today before this Court.
