Mr. Manoj Kumar, Clerk, from the office of Commissioner, Ambala, who is present in the Court, has placed on record the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in COCP No.1342 of 2023, to submit that the said contempt petition was also disposed of having been rendered infructuous as the possession of the land has been handed over to Gram Panchayat.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
