**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing, none appeared in this case. As per office report, appellant as well as respondents No.2 and 3 are duly served, whereas notice sent to respondent No.1 has not been received back served or otherwise. No one is present on behalf of the appellant as well as respondents No.2 and 3 despite service. Perusal of the record shows that a communication dated 18.08.2018 has been received from the office of learned District & Sessions Judge, Narnaul and which inter alia reveals that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Today, case was called twice, but none has appeared. It seems that the parties are not interested in pursuing this matter. In view of above, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
