(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.35 dated 14.05.2022, registered under Sections 399, 402 IPC; Sections 21-C and 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Airport Amritsar City. Vide order dated 04.07.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Major Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 04.07.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.10.11 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
