, -./ The instant revision petition had been preferred against the judgment dated 27.01.2012 and order of sentence dated 30.01.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rewari as well as to the judgment dated 18.10.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari whereby the petitioner had been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years for commission of offence under Section 420/120-B of the IPC as well as three years for offence under Section 467 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner Parmal Singh has passed away on 18.02.2025. The Death VISHAL SHARMA 2025.11.14 19:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
