(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused submits that the limited prayer for which, he has come before this Court is that the complaint was filed in the year 2009 by the complainant is still hanging fire and he prays that the matter be decided within some stipulated period. Since, the complaint is 12 years old, as such, this Court requests the concerned trial court to expedite it and try to decide the same on or before 31.12.2022.
