%2 Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned demand of
12,87,000/- raised by respondents No.2 and 3 for allotted Plot No.91, Park Facing, Block A, Sector 89, SAS Nagar Mohali dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-5). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.02.2025 passed in CWP-9717-2019 titled as Daulat Ram Bhatti versus State of Punjab and others, and other connected cases, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has decided the similar issue raised herein, and the present writ petition be disposed of in the same terms.
