**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to refund Rs.1,06,800/- to the petitioner on account of over charging.

Precisely for the claim in question, petitioner has submitted a legal notice dated 04.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case its pending legal notice is directed to be decided by respondent No.1 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of issuing any notice to the respondents.
