CRM disposed of CRR-3643-2014 Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Kaur Singh of Police Station, Canal Colony, Bhatinda, submits that after thorough investigation, respondent Nos.3 to 6 have been declared innocent by the police and the report in that regard has been presented before the learned trial Court. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner-informant to approach the learned trial Court for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
