**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that real sister of the deceased appeared as witness on 30.08.2016 and has specifically stated that her sister (Nusrat-deceased) was kept in one room by the accused and thereafter, poison was given to her. Since this evidence is given after the order dated 24.05.2016 has been passed, the present revision petition stands disposed of to enable the petitioner to file fresh application under Section 319 Cr.P.C . The observation made in this order will not have any effect on the merits of the case.
