Mr. Ankur Dua, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. 3.

On 25.03.2025, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and the Registry was directed to issue notices to the appellants and unrepresented respondents as well as their counsel. As per report of the Registry, appellant No.1 has died. Appellant Nos. 2 to 8 have been duly served and notice issued to respondent No.1 received back with the report that no person of the name of Anil s/o Gian Chand was found in the colony. FAO-1396-2006 (O&M) -2despite service. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the present appeal. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

The Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fee to Mr. R.C.Kapoor, Advocate, within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, pursuant to order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 6.
