 Main case:

Challenge in the present petition is to the judgment dated 03.09.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, whereby judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.10.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur, was set aside and accused-respondent No.2 herein was acquitted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more in his contact, so he does not want to press the instant petition. It seems that the party is no more interest in pursuing the instant criminal revision petition.

Disposed of as not pressed.
