(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition i.e. CRM-M-25862-2020 came to be filed due to inadvertence and that another petition seeking identical relief on behalf of the petitioner i.e. CRM-M-25564-2020 already stood filed. A prayer has, thus, been made for withdrawal of this petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
