Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the instant petition after arguing for some time with liberty to move an appropriate application to establish his case of waiver under Section 143-A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. In case any such application is preferred before the Appellate Court below, the same shall be decided in accordance with law after recording reasons thereupon. 3.
