(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the question as to how did the petitioner consciously sign minutes of the Managing Committee meeting without raising any objection at the relevant time, wherein it is clearly mentioned that one of the agenda items is appointment of Chowkidar, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
