CRM-M-23473-2025 The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for quashing of impugned Complaint dated 16.04.2025 (Annexure P-17) and impugned summons dated 18.04.2025 and 19.04.2025 (Annexure P-18) against the petitioners.
At the very outset, the learned counsel for the State submits that a cancellation report has been submitted.

CRM-M-23473-2025 (O&M) -2In view of the submissions made by the learned State Counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court once again by way of an appropriate petition, in case the said cancellation report is not accepted or an inculpatory report under Section 173(2) is sought to be submitted against the petitioners.
Needless to say, the complainant is at liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
