1. Petitioner's counsel seeks quashing of above captioned FIR based on the compromise entered into between him and the complainant which is annexed as Annexure P-3.

2. On a query from counsel for the petitioner's counsel, he admits that they had never brought this compromise to the notice of the investigator. Although this Court cannot be converted an instrument to bring the facts which an accused is supposed to tell the investigator during interrogation, however in the larger interest of justice and fair play, since the present petition has been filed and now the State is aware of the compromise, let the investigator also inquire into this compromise (Annexure P-3) as well as averments made in the petition. Petitioner also has liberty to file petition for quashing based on compromise.
