Present petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.692 dated 11.11.2022 under Section 363 (Subsequently added Sections 364, 302 and 201) IPC registered at Police Station Mujessar District Faridabad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
