On the asking of court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. She submits that the competent authority shall take a decision in light of judgment rendered by Division Bench of this court in CWP-2371 of 2010 titled as "Harbans Lal vs. The State of Punjab & ors. decided on 31.08.2010 within six weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the aforesaid statement.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
