, -./ The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenue-Khushi (daughter of the petitioner), who has been illegally detained by respondent No.5.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2026, detenue-Khushi daughter of the petitioner, has been produced before this Court. She has deposed that she has already performed marriage with respondent No.5Rajat and wants to stay with him. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, it is evident that alleged detenueKhushi (daughter of the petitioner) has not been illegally detained and that she is willfully and voluntarily residing in a matrimony with the private respondent No.5.
