In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of, however, some time bound direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
