Mr. PPS Duggall, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Saurav Khurana, DAG, Punjab, for the State Mr. Neeraj Madaan, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jajj Singh, PS Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. Counsel for the complainant has sought to oppose the grant of bail.
In the light of the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 6.12.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
