NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 04.05.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula whereby in a case bearing No. MNT/150/2022 titled as 'Guranchal @ Shubhi and another vs. Vikas Verma' in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C, maintenance of Rs.40,000/- p.m. has been awarded to respondent No.2 i.e. the daughter of the petitioner from the date of filing application. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties vide Compromise Deed dated 14.05.2024. A copy of the said Compromise Deed filed in Court is taken on record.

Permitted to do so.
