Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since petitioner during the pendency of the present petition has been appointed to the post of Veterinary Officer pursuant to the advertisement, as involved in the present case. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to submit a representation to the respondents for ante dating his appointment, on account of the fact that in the previous advertisement he was placed at serial No.51, while the candidate at serial No.50 had not joined and the post thus remained vacant. 2.
