******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Recovery effected from the petitioner falls in commercial quantity. The petitioner was earlier arrested on 25.05.2015 and was allowed interim bail vide order dated 14.07.2015. After cancellation of interim bail, he was again arrested on 07.12.2016.

Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner and that recovery effected from the petitioner is of commercial quantity, the instant petition is dismissed.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case by giving short dates and dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months.
