Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards paragraph 8 of Annexure P.3 as also order dated 15.2.2017 rendered in OA No.153/HR/2013.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition with the direction to the learned Tribunal to decide the application on 15.7.2019 itself to avoid multiplicity of litigation.
