This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 420, dated 17th August, 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 364, 201, 120-B and 302 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Mohindergarh (Haryana).

After arguing the matter at length, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 4.
