RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents to hand over/transfer the investigation of FIR No.69, dated 04.02.2023, under Sections 427, 452, 506, 34 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala to respondent No.7 (CBI) or to any other independent agency outside the State of Haryana. It is further prayed to direct respondents no.3 to 6 to submit the status report.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Sr.DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
