(Oral) CRM-W-30-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he in fact intends to withdraw the main case itself so as to have recourse to other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him. In view of the aforesaid submission, the main case i.e. CRWP6817-2020 which had earlier been adjourned sine die vide order dated 1.10.2020, is taken on Board today and keeping in view the specific prayer for withdrawal of the same, the same is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
