 Petitioner who is stated to be an accused in FIR No.172 dated 02.11.2013 under Sections 323, 324, 326, 341, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dehlon, Ludhiana, lodged by his real brother, namely, Gurdeep Singh, has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondents to conclude the investigation in the above mentioned FIR. Learned State counsel on the instructions from ASI Baljeet Singh, apprised the Court that after investigation in the matter cancellation report has already been prepared and submitted before the Court of competent jurisdiction and the same is pending consideration for 04.10.2019.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and states that the same has been rendered infructuous.
