(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.140 dated 09.11.2018, registered under Sections 379-B, 332, 323, 353, 186, 427, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Division 4, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, orders dated 07.12.2018 and 05.02.2019 passed by this Court are made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
