Learned State counsel submits that as per instructions received from the official respondents, a SIT headed by Sh. Digvijay Kapil, PPS, Superintendent of Police, Investigation, Mansa has been constituted along with Sh. Manoj Gorsi, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarter, Mansa and Sub Inspector Hardial Dass, Station House Officer, Police Station City 2, Mansa as Members and undertakes that the report of the SIT would be submitted within one month from today.
