CWP-15121-20 Learned counsel for the parties submit that let this petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, as set out in the instant petition, in terms of the Division Bench decision rendered by this Court in CWP No. 2371 of 2010 titled as Harbans Lal vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 31.08.2010 and an order passed by this Court in CWP No. 1432 of 2012 titled as Som Nath and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 23.01.2013, within a specified time.
