Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for conducting fair and impartial inquiry in the matter as on the basis of complaint having been made by respondents No.4 & 5. The police is conducting inquiry, but they are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already made a representation dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, but no action has been taken thereon so far. Notice of motion.
