The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed offenders in FIR No.17 dated 04.08.2014 registered under Sections 406, 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station NRI P.S., District SBS Nagar.

Vide order of even date passed in connected petition (CRM-M45994-2019), the main FIR No.17 dated 04.08.2014 registered under Sections 406, 498-A of IPC at Police Station NRI P.S., District SBS Nagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, has been quashed on the basis of the compromise and the statements of the parties recorded Yogesh Sharma 2023.10.11 13:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that since the main FIR has been quashed in the connected petition (CRM-M-459942019), the impugned order dated 10.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) declaring the petitioners as proclaimed offenders deserves to be set aside. 4.
Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2 does not dispute the above contention of learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.

Vide order of even date passed in the connected petition (CRM-M-45994-2019), the main FIR No.17 dated 04.08.2014 registered under Sections 406, 498-A of IPC at Police Station NRI P.S., District SBS Nagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, has since been quashed on the basis of the compromise and the statements of the parties recorded before the Illaqa Magistrate/CJM SBS Nagar. Accordingly, in view of the compromise between the parties, the impugned order dated 10.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, SBS Nagar declaring the petitioners as proclaimed offenders, is also set aside/quashed.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
