Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the action of the respondents for not granting the benefit of additional ten percent of the Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance to the petitioners in compliance of the amendment dated 13.04.2022, Annexure P-4 in the Teachers Transfer Policies.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.3. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide their pending representations dated 12.05.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representations, dated 12.05.2024, will be decided by respondent No.3-Director General, Department of Secondary School AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.17 18:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the pending representations, dated 12.05.2024, Annexure P-6, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 5.
