***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 8 by inquiring into representation dated 26.11.2018 (P-4).
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to look into representation dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 -Senior Superintendent of Police, District Sangrur to look into the SONIKA 2018.12.10 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
