**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondents No. 2 to 4 to take remedial action in the complaint dated 09.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) and complaint dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-3) submitted to respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint (Annexure P-1) was filed by the petitioner on 09.05.2024. However, it is lying in the Police Station and no action has been taken thereupon by the police officials.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, informs this Court that the said complaint (Annexure P-1) was inquired into by the concerned authority on 10.05.2024. Upon investigation, it was found that the allegation of the petitioner that the respondent No.5/husband of the petitioner had tried to commit rape upon her, was found to be false.
