Through the instant petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short "BNSS"), the petitioner is praying for quashing of an order dated 09.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) in CRA67/2024 pending before ASJ Gurugram arising out of criminal case No. 5312 of 2018 NACT No.1795 of 2018 dated 29.01.2018 (Annexure P-1), vide which trial Court has issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioner for nonappearance. 2.

On 05.05.2025, following order had been passed: - "Contends, inter alia, that non-appearance of petitioner on 09.01.2025 was not intentional; rather it happened due to some communication gap with his counsel representing before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram.

Notice of motion for 06.08.2025.

In the meanwhile, petitioner shall join the proceedings before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, within two weeks and on doing so, he shall be released on interim bail in the present case till the next date of hearing on furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds subject to his satisfaction." Today learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 17.05.2025 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, whereby it is forthcoming that the petitioner has joined proceedings after furnishing requisite bail bonds.

In view of the above, since the petitioner has already joined the proceedings before the trial Court, no further orders are required to be passed. 5.
