(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 5, to comply with the orders dated 01.07.2021 and 05.07.2021 (Annexures P-3 and P-6, respectively) passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala, who are intentionally and deliberately avoiding to preserve and submit the CCTV footage and call details as ordered by the trial Court.
Reply dated 30.11.2022, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Pushkal Chauhan, Authorized Representative, M/s Bharti Airtel Ltd., Chandigarh, is taken on record.
In para 4 of the said reply, it has been averred that respondent No. 5-company has preserved the data in respect of mobile Nos. 8100003903 and 9779013303 from 27.06.2021 to 31.03.2021, in RISHU KATARIA 2022.12.01 12:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
