This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to direct them to ensure the safety of the petitioner from any false implication, unwarranted harassment and arbitrary coercive steps as there is a reasonable apprehension in the mind of the petitioner of being harmed by respondents No. 4 and 5 who are used to raid the shop of the petitioner very often at the whims and caprice of the inimical vested interested. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, Administrative Complex, District Ferozepur but no action has been taken so far. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, Administrative Complex, District Ferozepur to consider and decide the representation dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
